Consignment Policy:

• We accept high-quality New and Used home goods and furniture

• Items must be in excellent condition

• Consigned merchandise is accepted on a thirty percent (30%) to Consignee (RUBY ROSETTE), seventy percent (70%) to the consignor (You) with discretionary pricing by the consignee

• All items are consigned for a 6-month term. You may pick up your items at any time during the 6-month term. Please schedule a pickup time with us before arriving

• If items are not picked up after the expiration date, items become the property of RUBY ROSETTE, INC.

 

How to consign your items:

• Send photos (front, back, side) via the Photo Upload form provided below

• Provide the following product details:

  • description

  • dimensions

  • where purchased

  • purchased price

  • est. age, etc.

• Once we review the photos and product details you will receive a response within 24-48hrs.

• Upon confirmation, schedule a date and time to come in to drop off your items using our online scheduler

• New customers, please download the Consignor Agreement and Consignment Intake form, print it, fill it out, and bring it when dropping off your items

• Returning customers, please download and use the Consignment Intake form only to list your items
